Refund Policy

Jay Logistic do offer refunds. For more information on your entitlement please read our cancellation policy.

In brief:

If you cancel your booking more than (7) working days prior to the booking then you will be refunded any card payments in full. Unlike other organisations, we do not delay in providing the refund. This minimizes frustration and maintains our high level of service. The full refund includes any card payments you have paid to secure your booking. In order to obtain a refund please contact us in one of the following ways.

3) Leave a message in the on line chat support box which can be found on the bottom left hand corner of all the websites pages.

The working day rule excludes Weekends and bank holidays.
