Cancellation Policy

Jay Logistic understands that plans often change when moving, usually through no fault of your own. It is important you are aware that you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on how much notice you give us before the booking is due to start. 

If you cancel your booking with more than (7) working days to go before your booking is due to start, you will be refunded any/all card payments made without delay. 

If you cancel your booking with (7) working days or less to go before your booking is due to start, you will not be refunded the 33% deposit (our cancellation fee). If you have paid the full amount by card when booking, you will be refunded 67% without delay.

If you wish to postpone / put back your booking, we retain the right to hold any money paid unless you cancel at a future time, in this scenario the cancellation policy above will still apply.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the booking due to start you will not be refunded any monies that have been paid. Any monies will be used as a cancellation fee for the driver because they have not been able to receive any other confirmed bookings for the time you had reserved them.

The working day rule excludes weekends and bank holidays.
